Tea drying(roasting)machine is also called as deoiler, and its heating
is divided into electrical heating and hot blast stove heating. The
tea roasting machine is mainly used in consequent roasting of tea
leaves, since it provides a relative enclosed ***ce, generates stable
temperature and slow air circulation, decreases escape of tea flavor,
and renders the tea delicious elegance. The slow-roasting mode at
low-temperature further prevents the leaves from enzymatic oxidation,
evaporates moisture till complete drying of tea, eliminates bitter taste,
makes taste much delicious.
This machine adopts the integral box type design, has simple but
elegant appearance, and is provided with universal wheels to facilitate
movement. Its temperature and time are automatically controlled, and it
is safe, reliable and simple in operation. The temperature may be freely
set from 0 to 299℃ , and it is suitable for drying and roasting operation,
and drying of Chinese herbs, health tea, and partial farm produces, and
has wide application range.
